Mutts Matter Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, all-volunteer rescue organization. We work in conjunction with shelters and other organizations to help save dogs on death row, strays on the street, and dogs in unsafe living conditions. We primarily adopt in the VA, MD, and DC region, but rescue dogs from all over the East Coast.
